Currently as a hobby only. I think I could probably develop tools 
that could introduce Lisp to my workplace, but since my experience 
is limiting at the moment I have no intention of attempting this 
until there's at least a chance it won't fail due to my own 
incompetence!

  If not, why not? 
No, since I don't use it at work. Unfortunately (from the point of 
view of using Lisp) family commitments tend to reduce the amount of 
hobby time I can spend too. 
  
- Do you see any obstacles to further Lisp growth (if so, what 
  is the biggest obstacle in your opinion)? 
I think Lisp usage is on the upswing; in many respects I hope it 
doesn't explode until I have more experience ;-)

Yes, but I don't think I'd be qualified yet.

Unfortunately not - CICS Cobol, yes. Java if you're lucky (in this

I'm on the uk-lisper's mailing list, but haven't been to any meetings 
yet. I'd be interested in meetings (but Liverpool -> London is a bit
